At Laboratorios we will treat your data with total confidentiality, manually or automatically, for different purposes. We will process your data for administrative, accounting and tax purposes:

 

    • You may register as a user in our online shop www.guinama.com, registration being essential to place an order. Once registered, you will enter a username and password that you decide yourself and that only you will know.
    • Management of the contracting of products and/or services that you make through the web, orders, invoicing and corresponding delivery.
    • Periodically send (via email) electronic communications with offers, promotions and news related to our online platforms, unless otherwise indicated or the user opposes or revokes their consent.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the data provided will be processed by Laboratorios GUINAMA in order to comply with the tax obligation to issue invoices. You may exercise the rights recognised in the aforementioned regulations by sending a request to the following e-mail address: ventas@guinama.com attaching a photocopy of your National Identity Card. You may request additional information about how we process your data by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated.

The electronic invoice will have the same validity as a physical invoice, so we guarantee the total authenticity, integrity and legibility of the data issued in these invoices.
